Hello, and welcome! I’m Christina, a long-time classical homeschooling mom who first stepped into this journey in 2011 with two bright-eyed little ones at my kitchen table. What began with memory work and phonics quickly blossomed into something far deeper. Over the years, our family didn’t just memorize facts…we were formed by the rhythms, virtues, and rich conversations that classical education nurtures.
Many years later, our third child arrived into a home that had already been shaped by this way of learning and living. As her education began to unfold, I realized something beautiful; she’s growing up in a different kind of homeschool: one shaped by over a decade of learning, refining, and growing. She now learns alongside not just me, but two classically educated siblings who have become teachers in their own right.
With the benefit of hindsight and a heart renewed by rest and beauty, I created Classical Roots & Rhythm as a space to support parents just beginning this journey. My hope is to offer a place of encouragement and clarity, where rhythms and rest make space for truth, beauty, and goodness to take root.

About Me…
Hello! I’m Christina – wife to a musician, homeschooling mother of three, lover of Jesus, and real estate agent in sunny central Florida.
Our home is full of activity, noise, and motion. As a homeschool family with teenagers and an elementary aged child, we are constantly on the go and learning new things. Our family lives on two acres and our children are active in 4-H, meaning our learning often spills out of the doors and into the dirt and barn.
I enjoy many things, but a really good cup of coffee and a really great book are at the top of my list of favorite things. If I can’t curl up with a book, you’ll usually find me with a thought-provoking podcast playing while I run errands or take care of chores.
